DisplayPort 1.2 Cable Gets Your Gaming, Home Theater or Digital Signage Setup 4K-Ready
This 4K DisplayPort cable (M/M) securely connects 4K-compatible source and display devices in your audio/video application. The P580-050-4K6 is compatible with all DisplayPort devices, including 4K Blu-ray players, gaming consoles, laptops, media servers, satellite/cable TV boxes and tablets, as well as HDTVs, monitors, projectors and audio receivers. The cable's patented bonded-pair design with small 7.3-millimeter diameter allows more flexibility during installation.
Transmits 4K Video with HBR2 and 4:4:4 Color
The P580-050-4K6 supports Ultra HD 4K resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz. It supports HBR2 (High Bit Rate 2) and HDCP 2.2 encryption, which allows you to stream 4K content with no loss in resolution. This HBR2 cable also supports uncompressed 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for top-level PC gaming or using your HDTV as a PC monitor. It is backward compatible with previous DisplayPort generations, allowing you to use it with non-4K equipment.

Contacts and connectors are gold-plated to resist corrosion. The male connectors latch securely to help prevent the cable from becoming accidentally disconnected and disrupting a continuous audio/video signal. Double shielding reduces line noise (EMI/RFI) that can disrupt signals traveling through the DisplayPort cord.
