Made of soft materials such as acrylic and nylon with high water repellency, the Rain Cover ERC-R5S provides protection against water for prolonged shooting in the rain. It attaches to the camera accessory shoe and has front fasteners for securing the rain cover on the lens. A large transparent window over the viewfinder area allows a clear view of the top and rear display panels and LCD monitor.

With the clear transparent window over the viewfinder area, you are able to look at the display panels on the top and the LCD monitor as well as the controls on the rear.
This allows better access and control even when out shooting in the rain and also offers protection from splashes when shooting water sports.
