The Lantronix LM80 is a compact platform designed to act independently from the network to remotely monitor, manage and control up to eight devices including a managed power supply over a serial console connection as well as managing virtual environments and SD-WAN deployments
Key Features
Compact design, advanced functionalityLike its big brother, the LM83X, the Lantronix LM80 features the same LMOS software for network management automation delivering a resilient out-of-band platform in a smaller form factor. The LM80 features fixed RS-232 connections for managing up to eight devices and a modular option port for various out-of-band options including cellular, dial-up, fiber, even LEO satellite over an Iridium modem link.
In addition to serial connections, the LM-Series is also capable of managing virtual environments and SD-WAN deployments to increase resiliency. Virtual ports and port forwarding let you use the out-of-band platform as a resilient toolbox for secure access to all your network infrastructure, automation of day-to-day management and the go-to source of information and response during network emergencies.
