The RAP-398-BLK-202U consists of the black RAM® Bond-A-Base™, a flexible PVC mounting pad, and the C-size 1.5" Ball. This base allows the attachment of any C-size socket arm components to complete any rugged RAM Mount. Easily install with the included 3M VHB double-sided adhesive pad that connects the Bond-A-Base™ to your kayak, stand up paddleboard or inflatable watercraft.
