PIO-32/32F(PCI)H is the interface board of the PCI bus conformity which inputs and outputs a digital signal. The opening-and-closing state of a switch can be inputted, or a relay can be controlled. This product uses the high-speed photo-coupler and response time has become less than 5µsec. The input of a maximum of 32 points and the output of a maximum of 32 points can be performed in one board. The driver (API-PAC(W32)) for Windows and Linux appending. This product has difference in specification for PIO-32/32F (PCI), although connector form, and signal arrangement are compatibility.

  • There are 32 photo-coupler isolation inputs and 32 photo-coupler isolation open collector outputs. Moreover, it can respond to a different external power supply because the common composition of a 16-point unit.
  • The high-speed photo-coupler is used and response time has become less than 5µsec.
  • Since it is electrically isolated by the photo-coupler, the PCI bus side and the input-and-output signal interface part are excellent in noise-protection nature.
  • Connector form and signal arrangement are same as PIO-32/32F (PCI), and compatibility.
  • All 32 points of an input signal can be used as an interruption input. The edge of the input signal which generates interruption can also be chosen. It has the digital filter function in which the noise and chattering of an input signal can be prevented.
  • The protection circuit (surge voltage, over-current) is built in the output transistor. The rating of an output signal is a maximum of 35 VDC(s) and 50mA per point.
