The mount measures 18" end-to-end with a 15" flexible gooseneck. Loosen the passenger seat track bolt, insert the included seat track bolt bracket, and then re-tighten the bolt. Bend the 15" gooseneck and rotate the swivel ball adapter head for 360-degree rotation for exact positioning of the device. Optional floor brackets and screws are included for screwing the mount directly into the floor of the vehicle. (Warning: Drilling into the vehicle's floor may damage the vehicle.
