Addmaster's IJ3160 validates up to eight lines of 42 characters each on
various forms and documents. The IJ3160 may be used to validate forms
commonly used in bank teller systems, payment processing, cash
settlement and other applications. Media may include checks, cut-forms
such as deposit slips and cash tickets, envelopes, labels or cards. For
faster form handling, the printer's validation slot always stays open
ready to receive the form. The IJ3160 prints at a quiet 49 decibels
using the trouble-free Hewlett-Packard ink jet cartridge. This
long-lasting disposable cartridge may be easily accessed and replaced.
The IJ3160 eliminates the hassle and mess of impact printers and
ribbons. Reliability is increased over impact printers due to the
absence of moving parts on the print head and an advanced
state-of-the-art design with fewer mechanical and electrical
components. The IJ3160 is an excellent alternative to impact printers
and its quiet printing is ideal for bank lobbies and other environments
where noise levels are of concern. With a compact footprint of only 39
square inches (6 inches by 6.5 inches), the IJ3160 takes up very little
space.
