It shreds up to 44 sheets into 1/8" strips for a P-2 security level and conveniently drops them into 39.6 gallon bin. Induction-hardened, solid steel cutting rollers can easily cope with staples and paper clips. The Pure 830 also shreds CDs/DVDs. Paper feed with overload protection reduces paper jams. Pressure-sensitive safety element ensures high levels of user safety. An integrated light barrier automatically starts the device when paper is introduced into the feed and automatically stops it after shredding is complete. Shredder offers a 12.99" throat width and a noise level of 55 decibels.
