How do I place an order?
You can place your order in one of three ways:

How can I remove items from my shopping cart?
Removing an item is just as easy as selecting an item for purchase -- just change the qty to "0" and update the cart.
How do I know my transaction is secure?
You can look for security information when you're in the process of placing an order: if you're using Netscape 4.0, look for the word "Security" in the toolbar near the top center of your screen. There will be a lock image, locked, immediately above the word "Security". Click on the lock, and you will be shown detailed security information that reveals you're accessing an encrypted, or secure, page. If you're using earlier versions of Netscape, there will be a blue line across the top of your browser when you're viewing a secure page. Internet Explorer 4.0 will notify you when you are about to load a secure page by popping up a small "Security Alert" window.
How can I pay?
When you place an order with NeutronUSA.com, you may pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), check, and money order. Cash may not be sent through the mail. For international order we do accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards (will depend on the amount of the order). You may pay by wire transfer in this case. All the transactions will be in US Dollar. We are not responsible for the exchange rate involved during the transactions, either in charging or refunding your account.

Can I pay by check?
Yes, payment by check is acceptable. Please note that your order will be shipped only after your check has cleared.
How do we process checks?
We often get questions about how long a check will take to process. Here is the procedure, once we receive your check: We deposit your check at our bank. Our bank sends your check to the local check clearinghouse for processing. The check clearinghouse identifies which bank your check is written on. The check clearinghouse sends your check to that bank for payment. The bank transfers the money to the check clearinghouse. The check clearinghouse transfers the money to our bank. We ship your order. As you can see, this process takes 10 to 15 business days.
Is my order subject to state sales tax?
All orders that originate in, or will be shipped to, the Commonwealth of California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Washington, and Washington D.C. may be assessed a sales tax. Sales tax is ordinarily not applicable to orders originating outside this state, or being shipped outside the state. Exteremly small portion of California orders may be delayed if the items can only be shipped from warehouse which did not handle CA orders without charging the sales tax. The items will be shipped to our headquarter before we send to you. No sales tax will be charged.
Do you match prices?
Due to the volume of orders we receive, it is not possible to
negotiate with customers on prices. Besides, NeutronUSA.com gives
you such a great deal, with super low prices on hundreds of items
Do you offer price protection?
Keeping prices as low as possible is always our priority. But prices
do fluctuate! We work hard to keep our prices as low as possible
for the current market conditions. Market conditions change
frequently, and we adjust our prices accordingly to make sure you
get a terrific deal. We do not offer any other type of price protection.
Can I just make a quote? How long will the prices I see be valid?
Sure, you can obtain a quote. But we cannot lock you in to the
price you are quoted. Due to the rapidly changing nature of the
computer market, we urge you to place your order shortly after
receiving your quote to insure that you obtain the same price you
When will you ship my order?
Delays sometimes may occur by banks and credit card companies
during the billing verification processes, orders PASSED BILLING
by 2 pm EST will usually be shipped within 48 business hours if in stock, subject to product availability and verification of billing. You will be notified by email if there is any problem processing your order.
How will my order be shipped?
We use major shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEX, Air borne, USPS,
and trucking companies. How we ship your order will depend on the
size, characteristic of the item and the availability of the
carriers in a specific warehouse. Note: your order might be shipped
from different fulfillment centers using different shipping carriers.
Can I have items shipped to an address other than the billing address?
For your security, Neutron will only ship to a shipping address
which is registered with your credit card. This is to protect you
in the event that your credit card is stolen. If your shipping
address is not the same as your billing address for the card,
most credit card companies will list your shipping address as an
"alternate shipping address" or in their "credit card notes" upon
request. In the unusual event that neither of these options are
supported by your card company, we will occasionally process an
order upon receipt and approval of a Purchase Authorization form.

Where will my order ship from?
Our headquarter is in PA, however, we rely on the logistic supports
from several nationwide suppliers. Your order will be shipped from
the closest warehouse to your location depending on the availability
of the item. Please keep in mind that, your order might not be
shipped from our office in PA.
Do you accept International Order?
Yes. We do accept international order.

What is a "special order item"?
The special item is an item which requires special ordering
procedures through manufacturers or distribution channels. Most of
them are "built" after "order" (or "ship" after "confirmation").
Therefore, there is no return/cancellation and the defective items
will be directly serviced by the manufacturers only. Please verify
the specifications to see whether they meet your application.
Call manufacturers tech support if you have any questions. It
may take 2-3 weeks to ship out.
How to order "special order item"?
There is no difference in the ordering. After you place the order,
our sales department will contact you for the detail. There is no surcharge for
special order items.
