Use the PoE PSE Media Converter 10/100/1000BASE-T to 1000BASE-SX/LX to connect two types of network segments easily and inexpensively. It features a UTP RJ-45 port and a fiber port. Depending on the model, the fiber port can be an SFP slot, or a singlemode or multimode duplex fiber SC connector. The SFP model is customizable using swappable SFPs for singlemode or multimode applications.
The media converter automatically detects 10-/100-/1000-Mbps bandwidth on the copper side and supplies power to PoE+ powered devices. The converter includes an AC power supply to power the unit.
