This space-saving desktop switch transmits data over a Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) network. Eight auto-negotiating 10/100/1000 Mbps ports send data via Cat5e/6/6a/8 cable only to the computers, routers, hubs and other devices designated to receive it, which improves the efficiency and potential throughput of the network. It also helps you install PoE devices in areas far away from AC outlets, such as poles or ceilings. RJ45 ports support up to 30W per port with a total PoE budget of 140W.

Versatile Installation Options

The heavy-duty metal housing can be positioned on a level surface using the included rubber feet to minimize external vibration or mounted into 1U of an EIA-standard 19-inch rack using the included brackets and screws. The detachable C14 to C13 power cord connects to a protected UPS, generator or mains input AC source.
