It’s specifically designed to reduce human error, keep patients safe, and create a closed-loop medication system using lockable drawers and patient wristband scanning. MedLink creates a closed-loop medication management system. First, individual drawers are loaded with medication at the pharmacy, ADC or nursing station. Then each drawer is electronically labelled, assigned to a specific patient.
