The RAP-398-BLK-114BMPU consists of the black RAM® Bond-A-Base™, a flexible PVC mounting pad, and the RAM ROD® Plunger Base for Spline posts. This base allows the attachment of any RAM ROD® Fishing Rod holder or Extension arm with post connector. Easily install with the included 3M VHB double-sided adhesive pad that connects the Bond-A-Base™ to your kayak, stand up paddleboard or inflatable watercraft.
