The American Fibertek PSR-5 power supply is a plug in unit for the SR-50 series of sub rack frames. The PSR-5 provides AC to DC conversion from mains voltage and supplies power to the distribution bus of the SR-50 series sub rack.
As a system, the SR-50 and PSR-5 can be combined with applications cards including transmitters, receivers and transceivers for a large variety of fiber optic video, voice and data applications.
The PSR-5 and SR-50 are replacements for the PSR-2 power supply and SR-20 Subrack.
