The UCS C240 M6 SFF server extends the capabilities of Cisco's Unified Computing System portfolio in a 2U form factor with the addition of the 3rd Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors (Ice Lake), 16 DIMM slots per CPU for 3200-MHz DDR4 DIMMs with DIMM capacity points up to 256 GB1. The maximum memory capacity for 2 CPUs is listed here:
- 8 TB: 32 x 256 GB DDR4 DIMMs, or
- 12 TB: 16 x 256 GB DDR4 DIMMs and 16 x 512 GB Intel® Optane™ Persistent Memory Modules (PMem).
