Pyramid paper time cards are designed to work directly with the Pyramid model 1000 Electric Time Stamp/Payroll Recorder Clock. Thick card stock construction that measures 3.5"W x 9"L. 30% post-consumer recycled content. Sold in a pack of 100.
The cards is set to record the following:
Employee Number, Week Ending, Employee Name, 7-Days of the week with AM/PM & In/Out punches, Signature Line, Overtime Hours, Number of Department, Gross Earnings, Deductions, Net Earnings, Per-Hour Pay Amount, Check Number and Date.
