Ideal for home/corporate IP security/building cameras, wireless access points, network switches and other appropriate network/PoE devices, the B110-SPPOEC-J12 protects connected Power over Ethernet (PoE) equipment from damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and power surges. Just connect it between your source, such as an Ethernet switch, and up to 12 PoE devices using Cat5e/6 cables. The 2U rack panel streamlines circuit protector placement for your entire system, typically located in the rear of a 19-inch rack for input/output lines.

Solid-state silicon-avalanche diode technology features low clamping voltage, providing superior protection against ESD and super-fast response time under one nanosecond. Both mid-span and end-span PoE are supported. The B110-SPPOEC-J12 meets the following IEC/EN regulations: IEC 61000-4-2 for ESD (8k/15kV), IEC 61000-4-4 for EFT (2kV, 5KHz/100KHz) and IEC 61000-4-5 for lightning (2KA 8/20µs, 6KV 8/20µs).
